Send a parcel to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City or anywhere in Vietnam

As a World Options franchise partner, Worldmail gives UK businesses access to World Options’ Blue Lane DHL Express rates, covering South East Asia — including Vietnam — alongside the Middle East, South Asia and the Far East. We handle the quote, booking and paperwork for documents, parcels and freight into Vietnam so you don’t have to deal with DHL or customs directly.

Shipping to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnamese customs documents

DHL Express to Vietnam typically takes a few working days from the UK; we’ll confirm the exact transit time when you book. Vietnamese customs take a close look at used electronics and second-hand goods, which can sometimes need an import licence — we’ll check whether that applies to your shipment during the quote.

What you can and can’t send to Vietnam

General cargo, samples and business documents move well by DHL Express to Vietnam. As with every destination we serve, we cannot carry dangerous goods, liquids, weapons or animal products, and Vietnamese customs enforce their own restrictions on top of ours. Duties and import taxes are assessed by Vietnamese customs based on the goods and their value; we’ll talk you through the likely cost before you commit to a booking.
