Send a parcel to Jakarta, Surabaya or anywhere in Indonesia

As a World Options franchise partner, Worldmail gives UK businesses access to World Options’ Blue Lane DHL Express rates, covering South East Asia — including Indonesia — alongside the Middle East, South Asia and the Far East. We handle the quote, booking and paperwork for documents, parcels and freight into Indonesia so you don’t have to deal with DHL or customs directly.

Shipping to Jakarta, Surabaya and Indonesian customs documents

DHL Express to Indonesia typically takes a few working days from the UK; we’ll confirm the exact transit time when you book. Indonesian customs charge duty and VAT on most commercial imports, and certain used goods and electronics can need an import licence — we’ll check whether that applies to your shipment during the quote.

What you can and can’t send to Indonesia

General cargo, samples and business documents move well by DHL Express to Indonesia. As with every destination we serve, we cannot carry dangerous goods, liquids, weapons or animal products, and Indonesian customs enforce their own restrictions on top of ours. Duties and import taxes are assessed by Indonesian customs based on the goods and their value; we’ll talk you through the likely cost before you commit to a booking.
