Send a parcel to Manila, Cebu or anywhere in the Philippines

As a World Options franchise partner, Worldmail gives UK businesses access to World Options’ Blue Lane DHL Express rates, covering South East Asia — including the Philippines — alongside the Middle East, South Asia and the Far East. We handle the quote, booking and paperwork for documents, parcels and freight into the Philippines so you don’t have to deal with DHL or customs directly.

Shipping to Manila, Cebu and Philippine customs documents

DHL Express to the Philippines typically takes a few working days from the UK; we’ll confirm the exact transit time when you book. Duty and VAT apply to most commercial imports, and some telecoms and electronics equipment needs approval from the Philippine regulator before customs will release it — we’ll check whether that applies to your shipment during the quote.

What you can and can’t send to the Philippines

General cargo, samples and business documents move well by DHL Express to the Philippines. As with every destination we serve, we cannot carry dangerous goods, liquids, weapons or animal products, and Philippine customs enforce their own restrictions on top of ours. Duties and import taxes are assessed by Philippine customs based on the goods and their value; we’ll talk you through the likely cost before you commit to a booking.
