Send a parcel to Riyadh, Jeddah or anywhere in Saudi Arabia

As a World Options franchise partner, Worldmail gives UK businesses access to World Options’ Blue Lane DHL Express rates, covering the Middle East — including Saudi Arabia — alongside South Asia, South East Asia and the Far East. We handle the quote, booking and paperwork for documents, parcels and freight into Saudi Arabia so you don’t have to deal with DHL or customs directly.

Shipping to Jeddah and Saudi customs documents

DHL Express to Saudi Arabia typically takes a few working days from the UK; we’ll give you an exact transit time when you book. Alongside the standard commercial invoice and certificate of origin, some product categories — electronics, cosmetics, toys and other regulated goods among them — need a SASO/SABER certificate of conformity before Saudi customs will release them. We’ll check whether that applies to your shipment during the quote, so you’re not caught out at the border.

What you can and can’t send to Saudi Arabia

General cargo, samples and business documents move well by DHL Express. As with every destination we serve, we cannot carry dangerous goods, liquids, foodstuffs, weapons, alcohol, flowers or animal products, and Saudi customs enforce their own restrictions on top of ours. Duties and import taxes are assessed by Saudi customs based on the goods and their value; we’ll talk you through the likely cost before you commit to a booking.
